· Reservation is finalized with deposit of 20-50% or a valid credit card hold. After 7 days, reservation will be considered final. Canceling or subtracting items after 7 days will result in a 10-50% fee for said items.
· Cancellation Policy – If notification of cancellation is given less than 9 weeks in advance, deposit is forfeited. More than 9 weeks notice: 10-50% fee. By signing, customer agrees items are acceptable.
· Damage Policy – Customer is responsible for replacement of damaged or stolen piece(s) regardless of fault or elemental cause. Contact person will identify and accept any damage on delivery, and any new damage will be identified by W.E.W.R. within 48 hours of pick-up. Once signed, items are no longer the responsibility of W.E.W.R. until items are returned.
· Cleaning Fee – May be assessed at the discretion of W.E.W.R (within 48 hours of pick-up) to cover cost of cleaning dirt, debris, hard water spotting or any other substance from rental items.
· Non Returned Items – If items are not returned to W.E.W.R. on the marked day of return, or damaged in any way, customer will pay all late fees ( 50% of items total per day ) expenses to cover replacement of piece(s), Attorneys fees and Court costs if necessary.

From Logan to Provo, Wasatch Events can deliver! Occasionally, special arrangements can even be made to deliver beyond.
For locations from Farmington to North Ogden, a delivery fee of up to $75.00 will be charged. For extra large orders, or locations outside of these cities, W.E.W.R. will assess a delivery fee over the phone.
Delivery fee includes delivery of all items, and set-up of items that require knowledgeable assembly, such as backdrops, accompanying greenery, tents, gazebos and fencing, as well as pick up of all items as they were left. Customer shall be responsible for re-stacking chairs, etc.
SET-UP
For customer-instructed set-up of complete orders, including tables, chairs, linens, décor items, registry ensembles and lighting, as well as take-down, a small set-up fee will be added.
DECORATING
For your complete decorating needs, our W.E.W.R. decorator will be happy to assist you in making your décor dreams a reality! She can assist you in planning your lay-out and designing your centerpieces, as well as be available to organize set-up & arrange all items rented for a minimal decorating fee.
